ABOUT QUAKER CITY CASTINGS

Quaker City Castings is located in Salem, Ohio and is a privately held foundry and machine shop with ISO 9001: 2000 quality registration. Quaker City Castings consists of a sand cast facility and a centrifugal casting shop. Metals poured include gray iron, ductile iron, compacted graphite iron, alloy irons and Ni Resist of all types, carbon, low alloy, stainless, heat resisting and high alloy steels, monel and aluminum. Industries served include the oil field, tire making, power generation, glass, pressure valves, transportation, and many other industries. Metal is melted, tested, poured, processed, certified, heat treated and CNC machined all at the same location in Salem.

Quaker City Castings manufactures EZ-Slider™ cylinder liners for automotive, truck, and racing applications, and custom liners based upon customer needs. EZ-Slider Cylinder Liners™ are centrifugally cast, and CNC machined and ground in our foundry in Salem Ohio. Gray Iron, Ductile Iron, Compacted Graphite Iron, and other materials to suit customer specifications are offered.
